Meet Brooke Wood – Founder of BW Studios, BW Academy & ALTR EGO.

With over 18 years in the industry and a deep obsession for all things hair and business, my passion has only grown stronger with time. But for me, it’s never just been about hair, it’s about impact. It’s about building a space where stylists feel empowered, inspired, and driven to grow into the best version of themselves.

I created BW Studios, to be more than just a salon. It’s a brand built on passion, empowerment, and purpose where transformation isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are.

I’m also an FMG Professional Athlete, which means discipline, confidence, and hard work are part of my lifestyle. Everything I’ve learned in fitness, I bring into my businesses. Showing up, pushing limits, and leading by example.

This journey has never been about playing it safe or small. It’s been about raising standards, breaking the rules, and owning your power.

BW is more than a brand, it’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.
